DON’T File a Patent! Book Return Policy
We offer a 7 day return policy on the DON’T File a Patent! paperback book,
less a 10% restocking fee. This restocking fee will be deducted from the
original sale amount. We are unable to accept returns on any books with any
inscriptions or dedications by the Author.
The returned book must be in unread, resalable condition, with no marks,
highlights or creases in the spine, and you must return it at your own shipping
expense to our address. Our address is located at the bottom of the About the
Book page. We recommend you call our office at 407-423-5959, prior to
any return.

Due to its electronic nature, we are unable to accept returns of our DON’T File
a Patent! E-Book. All sales of our E-Book are Final.

to address, phone & email address. We do not sell or share that information
with anyone.
Free Book Dedication/Inscription
To have your book autographed by Author John D. Smith, please indicate so on
the comments section of the Order Form. If you would like a dedication or an
inscription (i.e. “To our son, with love, Mom & Dad”), please indicate that as
